Nagano Prefecture's popularity starts with a wealth of historic treasures, like Matsumoto Castle, Zenkoji Temple, and Togakushi Shrine, but the highlight might just be the prefecture's natural vistas surrounded by the "Japanese Alps." Nagano's fruit is famous, and there are plenty of places to pick it fresh, and the area is full of hot springs, including Jigokudani Monkey Parkwhere monkeys take baths as well

In other words, a PSA 10 224/SM-P is ~$120 today but if it was released in August 2024, the raw price would probably be over $120 and over time would cool off

Was able to talk negotiate a fair price for the entire collection

More recent releases of Jayemdae Tome ($0.20) tend to sell for a lot less
