One idea to increase the ability to pick up on your opponent's colors, and thus decrease trainwreck drafts, was to never switch the direction of the draft
If no judge is available, walk the game back to where you and your opponent agree on the game state and go from there
The only exception will be what I am calling the "Nadu contingency," which is if a new or unbanned card begins to become generally reviled and people just want it gone as soon as possible, we can break that seal and act earlier
