Sure, we have a Judge Foil version of the card too, but I think Wizards was looking at reprinting popular angels without caring about which cards havent gotten reprints yet (like the Powerpuff Girls from Avacyn Restored )
But either way, being able to give itself vigilance and deathtouch is great but adding Afterlife 2 to it makes it absurd in value
Therefore, Snapcaster Mage is so good and the cards that simply give a card flashback see very little play
If a creature you control has been goaded by multiple opponents, it must attack one of your opponents that hasn't goaded it, as that fulfills the maximum number of goad requirements
It also has the fracture foil treatment, making it look even more eye-catching
Then you can simply sacrifice them to something like Goblin Bombardment or just have a card like Warstorm Surge deal damage to your opponents
