This card is totally reasonable in decks with sacrifice and graveyard recursion, of which there are many, especially in the artifact space

I think you touched on it right there

At two mana, this expands to Aerial Maneuver, Battlefield Promotion, Guided Strike, Lightning Blow, Skillful Lunge, and Zealous Strike

The only good thing I can say is that Galadriel is the most consistent source of repeat voting in the deck since you just need to play an Elf each turn which is easy in an Elf deck, but there's only 2 cards that reward you for voting anyway

Other Combos [[Dualcaster Mage]] + [[Twinflame]] Copy [[Twinflame]] with [[Dualcaster Mage]] to create infinite hasty creatures
