I would rate this card a 3 out of 5 because for a basic Pokemon card it is pretty decent, it can do a fair amount of damage quickly and it has the possibility of doing high damage consistently, the only downside with this card is that you can't evolve it into anything so this is the best it will get

But its because of who JumpStart sets are designed for, and how well they succeed in those goals, that I find them to be so essential

Normally she could only sing songs that say: (A character with cost 3 or less can to sing this song for free.) However, her rules text says Singer 5

Foils use a metallic film or extra layers that change thickness and stiffness compared to non-foil standard stock

Its Torrential Slash attack deals 120 damage, which may seem modest, but if the opponent already has any damage, it doubles to 240

Its been nerfed digitally so it cant work with Saint Elenda anymore, but theres still plenty of good targets like Vein Ripper or other good low-mana vampires to buff
