A good strategy for Chance Encounter as an alternate wincon is to include as many cards that let you flip multiple coins per turn as you can
She scales into the late game, survives commander tax, and doesn't require instant-speed decisions
Her primary strength lies in her static ability, which causes any permanents ability that triggers when a creature dies to trigger an additional time
Those are four very strong cards and I have a lot of options as the first pack rounds out to figure out which two of these four colors I plan on getting deeper in
The only thing that you can safely trade for in bulk are commons/uncommons for decks (Yanma, Magnemite, Phanpy, etc), or average Trainer cards like Switch, Energy Retrieval, etc
