In terms of draw, it's fine, cast, tap, draw a card, place a burden counter, upkeep place counter draw 2, 3 cards for 4 mana isn't horrible, and obviously if the game goes long you can draw a lot with it, but you need to have some way to slow down the game, and there's just so much really strong card draw in Commander
Sealed Deck is great, but the best experience you can have in Limited Magic , in my opinion, is Booster Draft
