Gadgets topped some of their very first events in 2007 thanks to the consistency and card advantage the deck naturally offered thanks to each monsters search ability
It still has some of the old plays (Explorer, Quickdraw, Level Eater = Quasar), but as a whole it reminds me of plying Fableds, and reminds me of why this is my favorite mechanic to play, despite the fact that this deck is fucking degenerate
You can Pay 1000 LP, target 1 monster you control and 1 card your opponent controls in order to banish them
you can only declare an attack with this card for the rest of this turn, also this card gains ATK equal to the combined original ATK of all other face-up monsters on the field, then, if this card has a DARK Xyz Monster as material, negate the effects of all other face-up monsters on the field
Since a lot of Effect Monster Cards often reflect the archetype of the deck theyre in, a smart opponent may immediately know how to defend themselves from a players deck through an Effect Monster alone
During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 "Therion" card in your Spell & Trap Zone and 1 card your opponent controls
