Vintage P Bass Single Coil This P '51 take inspirationThis is the Old Bones Vintage P bass pickup. This has been influenced by the early Fender pickups and aims to provide an accurate vintage tonality. One of the main differences between my Vintage P and the originals is that I do not fit a brass base plate to mine. The reasoning is simple it's separted from the pickup by the height adjustment foam; this gap negates any tonal benefit that the base plate would provide. Otherwise, it's vintage accurate and
